ORDER DENYING MOTION TO DISMISS

A hearing was held November 17, 1987 on creditor First National Banks Motion to Dismiss. Appearing at the hearing were Robert Riter on behalf of the movant, Brent Wilbur on behalf of Travelers Insurance Company and Harry Christianson on behalf of the debtor. After considering the argument and evidence there presented, the Court finds the movant failed to establish that dismissal is in the best interests of the creditors and estate in this case as required by 11 USC 1112.

ACCORDINGLY, IT S ORDERED that the Motion to Dismiss is denied.
