Ruling:
(a) An undersecured creditor is not authorized by 11 U.S.C. ยง 1229(a) to seek modification of its secured claim. (b) Section 1229 allows modification to alter repayment terms but it does not contemplate modification of the total value of the claim to be paid under the plan.
