Appendix 1A of the local bankruptcy rules has several checklists of what documents to file in a bankruptcy case and when. The checklists are organized by chapter (7, 11, 12, and 13) and the type of filer (individual or business). Any individual filing bankruptcy without an attorney should use the appropriate checklist.
