Documents a Limited Filing User May File

The documents or docket text only entries below may be filed by a limited filing user in CM/ECF by going to "Bankruptcy–Limited Filer Events." The notation "(text entry only)" after an event indicates a document does not need to be prepared; the user need only complete the event in CM/ECF and then CM/ECF will create a docket entry.

The following document may be filed by a limited filing user in CM/ECF by going to "Bankruptcy–File Claims":     Proof of Claim.

The same CM/ECF event may be used to file an original proof of claim or an amended proof of claim.
A limited filing user may also electronically file a proof of claim, file an amended proof of claim, withdraw a proof of claim, or file a supplement to a proof of claim through the Court's Electronic Proof of Claim program (ePOC). Click here to learn more about ePOC.
