Ruling:
Application was allowed in the amount requested but the sum in excess of the amount estimated in the debtors' plan had to be paid by the debtors after discharge. The debtors' attorney was also reminded to abide by the disclosure requirements of ยง 529(a) and Fed.R.Bankr.P. 2016(b).
