Case trustee was not entitled to costs upon the dismissal of the Chapter 7 case upon the debtor's motion. The case was filed in good faith, as was the debtor's motion to dismiss. Further, the trustee's costs were not unusually large nor apparently cause by any egregious errors or omissions in the debtor's schedules and statement of financial affairs.
