Ruling:
Motion to convert was granted. In re Erickson Partnership, 74 B.R. 670 (1987) (Erickson 1) - Section 302(c) allows conversion. Section 101(18) and (20) - The Court found that the Debtors do qualify to file under Chapter 12; and that they have established that they are "family farmers with a regular income". But see In re Erickson, 856 F.2d 1068 (1988).
