The attorney was not entitled to additional fees from the estate for services rendered after the case was converted to a Chapter 7. The services related to a sale of real property by the trustee where the attorney found a potential buyer. The attorney was not employed by the estate, he was not disinterested and so could not be employed retroactively, and some of his gratuitous services should have been performed by the trustee.
