Interim compensation of attorney's fees - objection by FmHA on two grounds: (1) they assert they hold a security interest in "virtually all" of Debtor's assets, and that fees cannot be paid from its collateral; and (2) that fees may not be paid until Debtor's counsel's services have resulted in a tangible benefit to the estate.
