Ruling:
The Chapter 7 Trustee's objections to the creditors' full proofs of claims were sustained. The Court held that payments these creditors had or would receive under the confirmed Chapter 11 plan of the Debtors' co-debtor had to be recognized in the Chapter 7 case.
